Request for Proposal

Terrell County ISD is requesting bids for the items listed below, which are due to me at the address above.  All bids may be submitted to me to my email address at drcarras@terrell.esc18.net in PDF format and are due by Wednesday, March 23, 2011.

The following is a list of Telecommunication Services requested: 

1.  Long Distance Telephone Services for District - District is connected PRI circuit for VOIP telephone service and is requesting Long Distance Telephone service for the district.

2.  One Digital PRI digital circuit line for telephone VOIP system. - District is requesting a PRI digital circuit for use with new Toshiba VOIP system.

The following is a list of Internet Services requested:

1.  Web Hosting

Web Hosting Services which include the following services:

•·  District Off-Site Web Hosting with easy local web site page(s) integration with both Adobe Web Design Suite and/or online web page editing.

·  Unlimited Web Pages, Interactive Calendars, Scrapbooks, Customizable Forms, Reports, Homework/Assignment Listings, Document Storage and Sharing Capabilities & Student Projects/Portfolios

•·  On-Site Generator and Off-Site Generators (prefer a program that could be installed on local computers in which we can design and update web pages and then upload the pages, pictures, files, etc. to web site)

.  Quick file upload capability for user download on web site, such as handbooks or agendas.

.  One 100MB Ethernet Fiber connection.  - District is requesting 100MB Internet Connection for district Internet.  Provide to MDF which will distributed throughout the district.
